//Seniors with swallowing difficulties try special dim sum in pilot project in Singapore

We also used innovative methods to create localised soft meals, including pandan cake, chwee kueh, and traditional Cantonese dim sum, etc.

The team hopes to create a“swallowing-friendly”environment for seniors through education and advocacy, and enabling seniors to enjoy their favourite food with dignity.
